International entities join GAF16

The Global Agribusiness Forum 2016 (GAF16) has started! The GAF16 already counts on more than 50 national, international and government supports. Together with these partners, the event aims to take, the largest number of people, discussions to ensure the safe future of agricultural chain and increasing food demand in the world.

Among the main supporting organizations are: the International Sugar Organization (ISO), linked to the world sugar-energy industry; and MAIZALL, international and representative entity of maize producers. In addition to those, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the United Nations Organization for Food and Agriculture (FAO) have also confirmed their support to realization of the event.

As institutional partners, GAF16 counts on the participation of the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA/USA), the Asociación Maíz y Sorgo Argentino (MAIZAR) and from the United States Grains Council (USGC).

Moreover, the event will also count on the support from the governments of Brazil and Africa.

The GAF16, which takes place on July 4th and 5th, in São Paulo, is held together by the SRB (Brazilian Rural Society), a Abramilho (Brazilian Association of Maize Producers), ABCZ (Brazilian Association of Zebu Breeders) and DATAGRO (The world’s largest Sugar and Ethanol and one of the largest Agriculture Consulting companies)
